Return Policy

Something not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to contact us about your return. 

To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition it was received in, including all tags and original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at whatknotslocal@gmail.com. If your item is eligible for return, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please do not send an item without contacting us first, a refund will not be issued for anything sent without contact. 

We'll inspect your item once we receive it. If the item meets refund requirements, we'll issue an immediate refund to the payment method used to purchase. 

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged during shipping, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.
